• Members must be at least 21 years of age
• Membership is a one-year (two-shipment) commitment. If canceled prior to receiving two shipments, the customer is subject to be billed for all discounts received.
• An email will be sent to you prior to the payment processing date and you will have two weeks to customize your order. Customization requests received an order has been processed will not be taken.
• Each shipment will be billed to the credit card you provided.

Club Order Shipping or Pick Up:

• Orders not picked up by the end of the following month will be shipped to the shipping address on file. Shipping charges will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Someone aged 21 or older must be present to sign for wine deliveries. We recommend providing a business address.
• State shipping laws may restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to customers in some states. Please inquire about your specific state for our shipping policy for more information

Account Changes/Cancellations:

• Members must notify Berthoud Winery of any shipping or billing changes before credit cards are processed or they may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
• Unreported changes of address, non-delivery and of forwarding packages resulting in additional shipping charges will be passed on to the member.
• Cancellations must be submitted by email to kaylaberthoud@gmail.com at least two weeks prior the club shipment.
